How to Link Telegram for Sign-in and Renewal Reminders

Link your JUSTG account to Telegram once, from Account menu → "Telegram Sign-in", and you can sign in with one tap without a password, receive renewal and overdue invoice reminders, and use the JUSTG bot to check services, pay invoices and open tickets.

What you get after linking

One-tap sign-in: use the Telegram button on the login page instead of typing your password.
Renewal reminders: a Telegram message before a service renews, and another when an invoice becomes overdue.
The JUSTG bot: check your services, pay invoices and open support tickets from Telegram.

Step 1: Open the Telegram Sign-in page

Sign in to the client area as usual, open the Account menu and choose "Telegram Sign-in". You can also go straight to www.justg.com/index.php?m=justg_cms&a=tglink.

Step 2: Link your Telegram account

Follow the prompt on the page to connect your Telegram account and approve it in Telegram. You only need to do this once; after that your JUSTG account and your Telegram account stay linked.

Step 3: Turn renewal reminders on or off

On the same "Telegram Sign-in" page you can switch renewal reminders on or off. With reminders on, Telegram tells you before a service renews and when an invoice becomes overdue.

Reminders help you avoid an outage. Renew at least 2 days before the due date: an unpaid service is suspended automatically on the due date, and if the invoice is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, the service is cancelled and its data is deleted permanently.

Step 4: Sign in with Telegram

Next time, open the login page and click the Telegram button. You are signed in without a password.

Step 5: Use the JUSTG bot

Click the Telegram icon in the site header to open the bot. From there you can:

Check services: see your services and their status.
Pay invoices: find unpaid invoices and pay them.
Open tickets: contact 24/7 support. As with any ticket, include the service IP (for example 203.0.113.10), what you did, the time with time zone, and any error messages.

FAQ

Do I need to link Telegram again on a new device?

No. You link once. On any device, use the Telegram button on the login page.

I do not want Telegram messages. Can I stop them?

Yes. Turn renewal reminders off on the "Telegram Sign-in" page. Telegram sign-in keeps working.

The Telegram button does not sign me in. What should I do?

Make sure you linked the same Telegram account on the "Telegram Sign-in" page. Sign in with your email and password, check the link, and open a ticket if the problem continues.
