What to do if a service stops working on your IP
Streaming platforms and AI providers change their policies from time to time, and JUSTG cannot control them. If one of the five services stops working on your IP:
- Open a ticket with your service IP, the service name, the time with time zone and a screenshot of the error. Our team will check the IP's registration and geolocation.
- If you want a different IP, buy an additional IP yourself through the Upgrade options on your service page in the client area.
- Point your app or browser at the new IP and test again.
