Which Cloud VPS Plan Do I Need? Plans and Prices Explained

Most small projects run well on plan 01 or 02, while databases and busier applications usually need plan 03 or larger. All seven JUSTG cloud VPS plans are identical in Tokyo, Seoul and Moscow, and paying yearly saves between 17% and 50% compared with paying monthly.

What every plan includes

  • KVM virtualization; you can install Linux or Windows Server
  • 1 IPv4 address plus a free IPv6 address
  • A 500 Mbps port
  • Automatic deployment after payment; login details are sent by email and shown in the client area

Monthly vs yearly: how much you save

The table compares 12 monthly payments with one yearly payment.

The biggest saving is on the smaller plans: mini, 01 and 02 save 37–50% on a yearly cycle.

Step 1: Match the plan to your workload

This is general guidance. Real needs depend on your software and traffic.

  • mini (512 MB): a personal proxy or VPN, a test server, a small script or bot.
  • 01 (1 GB): a small static or lightweight website, a proxy for a few users.
  • 02 (2 GB): a WordPress or similar CMS site, a small web app with its database on the same server.
  • 03 (4 GB): a dedicated database server, several sites on one server, containers.
  • 04 (8 GB): busier web applications, larger databases, caching layers.
  • 05 and 06 (16–24 GB): memory-heavy databases and applications, many services on one VPS.

RAM is usually the first limit: if your database or application needs more memory than the plan has, choose the next plan up. Also check that the SSD fits your data and backups, and that the monthly traffic covers your expected usage.

Fair use applies: storage I/O must not stay above 100 MiB/s for 4+ hours, and the shared port must not be used above 70% for long periods. Short 100% CPU bursts are fine, but a 1-hour CPU average above 50% is limited to 50% automatically. For constant heavy load, consider a dedicated server.

Step 2: Choose the location by network

  • Moscow: the only location with China Telecom CN2 GIA, a premium route with priority for traffic to and from mainland China. A good fit when your users are in mainland China.
  • Tokyo and Seoul: Asia-optimized routes. A good fit for users in Japan, Korea and the wider Asia region.

Step 3: Order and start

Order from the store, choose monthly or yearly, and pay. Your VPS is deployed automatically. If you outgrow the plan, upgrade from the service page.
