By default, services are self-managed. We maintain the server infrastructure while customers manage software and configurations. Our team still helps as much as possible within scope, and we try never to leave customers in the dark.

No. We keep pricing predictable. When bandwidth usage approaches the limit, we send warning emails. If there is no response or upgrade, the server may be suspended automatically until the bandwidth counter resets.

Yes. Additional IPv4 addresses and bandwidth upgrades are available. Please check the order options or contact sales for current pricing.

We bill in advance and do not enforce long minimum contracts. If you pre-pay for a longer term, discounts may be available.

Taxes depend on your billing country and account status. If tax applies, it will be shown during checkout and on invoices.
